Domestic orders arrive within 1-3 business days, while international orders take 5-10 business days. We process orders within 24 hours and work with trusted logistics partners for swift delivery.

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking details once your order has been sent out from our warehouse - this can be found on your order dispatch email and phone number.

Are there delivery charges?

We offer free delivery for all our domestic orders. For international orders, free shipping applies to purchases above USD75, with a base charge of USD29 for orders below this threshold.

Who delivers my order?

In India, orders are delivered by Bluedart. Internationally, delivery partners vary. Ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address for smooth delivery.

Are there additional charges for international orders?

International orders may incur customs duties, import duties, and tax charges upon arrival in the destination country outside of India. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and DORI does not currently cover these costs.

Which countries does DORI ship to?

We currently ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, the US, Australia, and the UAE. If your country isn’t listed, reach out to us at customercare@my-dori.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if my international order is lost or delayed?

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occur due to customs or other factors. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at customarecare@my-dori.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you.

To return an item, use our returns portal within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with all tags and labels intact, and in their original condition. This service is currently limited to domestic orders.
